Chethana Biliyar
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Chethana Biliyar is responsible for Collaborative Assistance Team (CAT) department management and oversight of administration, finance, IT, and people operations.
Areas of expertise: administration, finance, policy and procedure implementation, training, USG international procurement and grants management
Chethana serves as GFI’s Vice President of Operations, providing support across the areas of administration, finance, IT, and people operations. She joined GFI after a decade of experience delivering finance and operations support to US Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded projects, primarily for the development consulting firm DAI Global. Chethana holds an MA in International Development Studies from George Washington University and a BA in Anthropology from Rice University.
