Elaine served as GFI’s Managing Director of Asia Pacific for two and a half years, where she put her mixed skillset in law, finance, and startup ventures in service of accelerating the alternative protein sector and transforming the food system.
Elaine has over 10 years experience at global law firms and financial institutions specialising in corporate and finance law, from IPO and M&A to structured products and investment funds. Elaine holds a M.S. in Entrepreneurship from Foster School of Business, University of Washington, a M.S. in International Animal Welfare Ethics and Law from University of Edinburgh, and an LLB Laws degree from King’s College London.
